Nidanix is a software service delivered entirely online through our mobile app and website. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped or couriered, so no shipping, delivery, or handling charges apply.
How and when you receive the service
AI symptom checks and triage guidance are delivered instantly within the app. A paid doctor consultation is delivered as an in-app video, audio, or chat call — you are shown the fee and estimated wait before you pay, and the consultation takes place inside the app. If the doctor issues a prescription, it is made available in the app as a downloadable PDF.
Availability
The service is available to users in India, subject to a verified registered medical practitioner being available then. In an emergency, do not wait for a consultation — call your local emergency number immediately.
