Was wir erheben
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Wie wir sie verwenden
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Wie es geschützt wird
Gesundheitsdaten sind bei der Übertragung immer verschlüsselt. Im Ruhezustand werden Ihre Dateien, Medien und Rezepte verschlüsselt gespeichert, Backups werden verschlüsselt, bevor sie unsere Systeme verlassen, und die App verschlüsselt, was sie auf Ihrem Gerät behält; die Verschlüsselung unserer primären Datenbank im Ruhezustand ist in Arbeit. Der Zugriff ist rollenbeschränkt, protokolliert und auf die Erbringung und Verbesserung Ihrer Versorgung begrenzt. Wir bewahren Ihre Daten nur so lange auf, wie es für den Dienst und geltendes Recht nötig ist, und löschen oder anonymisieren sie danach.
Your rights & controls
Sie können auf Ihre Daten zugreifen und sie exportieren, Ihre Angaben berichtigen, Ihre Einwilligung widerrufen und Ihr gesamtes Konto jederzeit in der App löschen – mit einer Schonfrist von 30 Tagen, in der Sie es sich anders überlegen können. Sie können uns auch schriftlich bitten, einen einzelnen Check oder Ihr Konto zu löschen. Verifizierte Anfragen bearbeiten wir innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Fristen.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
