Deleting your account
Delete it in the app
Open the Nidanix app, go to Settings and tap "Delete my account", then type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your whole account, not just part of your data.
No longer have the app?
Email support@nidanix.com from the email address registered on your account and ask us to delete it. We check that the request comes from the account holder, then schedule the deletion with the same 30-day grace period, during which you can change your mind.
What happens next
You stay in control of what we keep. If you want to leave, you can delete your whole account at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period: nothing is erased before then, and you can change your mind and keep everything from the screen shown right after you confirm, or from the reminder we send before the date. Once the 30 days have passed, your profile, your checks and your records are erased for good and we cannot bring them back, so it is worth exporting anything you want to keep first. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as consultation notes, prescriptions and invoices, are retained.
