Checking your symptoms with the Nidanix AI and getting your triage guidance is free — no card required, no trial that expires into a charge. The free plan includes three full AI checks each month. After that you still get triage guidance, and anything our safety checks flag as urgent is always looked at in full — never blocked, never charged.
What a doctor consultation costs
If you choose to consult a verified registered medical practitioner, that consultation carries a fee of ₹499. The fee is always shown before you connect, so you decide with the price in front of you — there are no hidden charges and nothing is taken automatically.
No subscription required
Nidanix does not require a subscription. The AI triage and a one-off doctor consultation both work with no plan at all — there is no mandatory membership, and nothing auto-renews unless you choose a plan yourself.
How you pay
Consultation fees are collected securely in-app through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Optional subscription plans in the mobile app are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.
