Over Nidanix
Nidanix is a technology platform operated by NIDANIX HEALTHTECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. It provides AI-assisted health triage and guidance and connects you with independent, verified registered medical practitioners (RMPs) for teleconsultation. Nidanix acts as a technology intermediary; it does not itself practise medicine.
Wie Nidanix kan gebruiken
Je moet 18 jaar of ouder zijn om een account aan te maken. Nidanix is niet bedoeld voor kinderen om zelfstandig te gebruiken: een ouder of voogd kan een kind als gezinslid aan het eigen account toevoegen en is verantwoordelijk voor de informatie die over het kind wordt gedeeld.
Not a medical diagnosis
Nidanix provides health information and triage support. It is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, and gives no guarantee of any outcome or cure. In an emergency, do not use the app — call your local emergency number immediately.
Artsconsulten
Consultations are provided by independent, verified RMPs who own the final clinical decision and any prescription. The consultation fee is shown before you connect. By booking a consultation you agree to provide accurate information and to the doctor recording clinical notes as required by law.
Payments, pricing & refunds
AI symptom checks are free. A doctor consultation carries a fee (₹499, always shown before you connect), collected securely through our payment gateway. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Aanvaardbaar gebruik
Use Nidanix for your own (or your dependant's) genuine health questions, provide accurate information, and don't misuse, resell, or disrupt the service. Never rely on Nidanix as your only line in an emergency.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Nidanix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the platform; nothing limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the company's registered jurisdiction having exclusive jurisdiction.
