Wat we verzamelen
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Hoe we het gebruiken
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Hoe het wordt beschermd
Gezondheidsgegevens zijn tijdens verzending altijd versleuteld. In rust worden uw bestanden, media en recepten versleuteld opgeslagen, worden back-ups versleuteld voordat ze onze systemen verlaten, en versleutelt de app wat zij op uw apparaat bewaart; versleuteling in rust voor onze primaire database is in voorbereiding. Toegang is rolgebonden, wordt gelogd en blijft beperkt tot het leveren en verbeteren van uw zorg. Wij bewaren uw gegevens niet langer dan nodig voor de dienst en de toepasselijke wet, en verwijderen of anonimiseren ze daarna.
Your rights & controls
Je kunt je gegevens inzien en exporteren, je details corrigeren, toestemming intrekken en je hele account op elk moment vanuit de app verwijderen, met een bedenktijd van 30 dagen waarin je je kunt bedenken. Je kunt ons ook schriftelijk vragen om een enkele check, of je account, te verwijderen. We handelen geverifieerde verzoeken af binnen de wettelijk vereiste termijnen.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
