Checking your symptoms with the Nidanix AI and getting your triage guidance is free — no card required, no trial that expires into a charge. You can use it as often as you need.
The only paid service — a doctor consultation
If you choose to consult a verified registered medical practitioner, that consultation carries a flat fee of ₹299. The fee is always shown before you connect, so you decide with the price in front of you — there are no hidden charges and nothing is taken automatically.
No subscription required
Nidanix does not require a subscription. You pay only when you choose a consultation; there is no mandatory plan and no auto-renewing membership needed to use the AI triage.
How you pay
Consultation fees are collected securely in-app through our payment gateway (Razorpay). If a subscription is ever offered inside the mobile app, it is billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds work.
