Understanding your result

What the result screen shows

When your check finishes, Nidanix brings you to a single result screen built to be read in a glance. At the top sits a colored risk tier — green, amber, or red — that sums up how urgently you may want care. Below it you'll find a short plain-language summary, a calm list of possible causes, and clear next steps tailored to your tier. A persistent "not a diagnosis" note stays pinned under the result, because the screen is meant to guide your next move, not replace a clinician.

🟢 Green — self-care at home

A green tier means your answers don't point to anything urgent right now. Nidanix will suggest simple self-care steps you can take at home — rest, fluids, over-the-counter comfort measures, and what to keep an eye on. It also tells you which changes would be worth a fresh check, so you know when to come back. Green is reassuring, but it's still a starting point: if something feels worse than the result suggests, trust yourself and seek care.

🟡 Amber — see a doctor soon

An amber tier means your symptoms deserve a professional look, but not an emergency rush. The screen encourages you to book a verified doctor soon — Nidanix can connect you to one directly so you don't have to start from scratch. You'll see what to mention and what to watch for while you wait. Amber is the app's gentle nudge to get a real clinician involved before things drift, without raising alarm you don't need.

🔴 Red — urgent, shown immediately

A red tier is different by design. Before any AI runs, a deterministic safety check scans your answers for red-flag patterns. If it finds one, Nidanix skips straight to an emergency screen — no model in the loop, no delay — with a call button for emergency services and your nearest hospital. Red means please don't wait: act on the emergency options in front of you. This safety-first ordering is deliberate, so the most urgent situations never depend on an AI guess.

How "possible causes" are presented

Under your tier, Nidanix lists possible causes as calm, ranked possibilities — never a verdict. Each one carries a likelihood qualifier like "more likely" or "less likely," and the language stays hedged on purpose: these are things that could fit your answers, not claims about what you have. Seeing several possibilities side by side helps you and a doctor think it through together, rather than fixing on a single conclusion the app isn't qualified to make.

A summary you can share, saved privately

Every result includes a plain-language summary that captures what you told Nidanix and what it found — written so you can read it aloud or hand it to a doctor without translating jargon. It's a useful head start for an appointment, helping the conversation begin with the full picture. Your result is also saved to your private history, so you can revisit it, track how things change over time, and share it on your terms. It stays yours.

Why "not a diagnosis" matters

"Not a diagnosis" isn't a hedge or fine print — it's a safety stance. Nidanix can be wrong: it works from the answers you give and can't examine you, run tests, or know your full story. So it points the way and never closes the door. The final clinical call belongs to a verified, licensed doctor who can confirm, rule out, or change what the app suggested. Treat your result as a well-informed starting point, then let a professional own the decision.

What to do next

Whatever tier you landed on, you're not on your own. If your result is amber or red, or if green simply doesn't sit right with you, the next step is to bring a real clinician in — and Nidanix makes that easy. Head to "Talking to a doctor" to see how to book a verified doctor, what to share from your summary, and how to make the most of the conversation. A few minutes with a professional turns a helpful result into real peace of mind.
