Your private health timeline
Every check you run in Nidanix is saved to your own private timeline, so nothing important slips away between visits. Each entry captures what mattered at that moment: the urgency tier we assigned, a plain-language summary of what you shared and what it suggested, any doctor notes from a consult, and a prescription if one was issued. Open any past entry to see the full picture exactly as it was, organized by date so your health story reads in order. It is your record, kept for you, ready whenever you need to look back, compare how things have changed, or simply remember what a clinician told you last time.
Revisiting and sharing a past result
Tap any entry on your timeline to reopen it in full, including its summary, tier, notes, and prescription. This is genuinely useful when you see a doctor, because you can hand them the context instead of trying to recall it from memory. You can show a result straight from your phone during a consult, or attach it to a new check so the AI and any clinician you connect with start with your history already in view. Bringing a clear record of what happened before often makes the next conversation faster and more accurate.
Exporting your data
Your records belong to you, and you can take them with you anytime. From Settings, request an export of your whole history and we'll email you a link to download a ZIP file: your full record as a readable data file (JSON), plus the documents and photos you uploaded and any prescriptions as PDFs. A prescription can also be downloaded on its own as a PDF, ready for any pharmacy. Exporting never removes anything from Nidanix; it simply gives you your own copy to keep or share on your terms.
Deleting your account
You stay in control of what we keep. If you want to leave, you can delete your whole account at any time from Settings. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period: nothing is erased before then, and you can change your mind and keep everything from the screen shown right after you confirm, or from the reminder we send before the date. Once the 30 days have passed, your profile, your checks and your records are erased for good and we cannot bring them back, so it is worth exporting anything you want to keep first. Records that the law requires us to keep, such as consultation notes, prescriptions and invoices, are retained.
What we store and why
We follow a simple rule: keep only what is needed to give you good care and to maintain the history you rely on, and nothing more. That means the details of your checks, the results, and the account information required to keep your timeline yours. We do not collect data for its own sake or to build a profile of you beyond what your care and records require. If something is not needed to help you or to preserve your history, we would rather not hold it in the first place.
Encryption and keeping it safe
Your information is protected while it travels, and most of it is protected while it sits at rest. In transit, data moving between your device and Nidanix is encrypted so it cannot be read along the way. At rest, your files, media and prescriptions are stored encrypted, backups are encrypted before they leave our systems, and the app encrypts what it keeps on your device; encryption at rest for our primary database is in progress. These protections work quietly in the background, so you do not have to set anything up or think about them. The goal is straightforward: your health details should stay private and readable only in the ways you intend.
Your data, your control
Your records are yours. You choose what to save, what to export, and what to delete, and that control sits with you at every step. We ask for your consent before acting on your health information, and you can revisit those choices whenever you like. Just as importantly, your data is never sold to anyone. We are here to help you understand your health and keep a record you trust, not to trade your information, and that commitment stays the same the whole time you use Nidanix.
