Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free by default
Using the Nidanix AI symptom checker and triage guidance is free. There is no charge for it, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for the AI service.
The only paid service
The only paid service is a consultation with a verified registered medical practitioner. The fee (₹299) is always shown before you connect and is collected securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
When you get a full refund
You are fully refunded if a consultation you paid for cannot be delivered — for example, no verified doctor connects, a technical failure prevents the consultation, or the doctor cancels. You are also fully refunded if you cancel before the doctor connects and the consultation has not begun.
When a consultation is non-refundable
Once a consultation has begun or been completed, the fee is non-refundable, because a registered medical practitioner has already given their time and advice. If you experienced a genuine service failure during a completed consultation, contact us and we will review it case by case.
How to request a refund & timelines
Email [email protected] (or in-app Help) within 7 days of the charge, with your registered mobile number and the order/consultation reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through the payment gateway within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect it.
Subscriptions & app-store purchases
If a subscription is offered, cancelling it stops future renewals; the current billing period is non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies — request those refunds through the respective store.
