Using the Nidanix AI symptom checker and triage guidance is free. There is no charge for it, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for the AI service.

दो चीज़ों पर शुल्क लग सकता है। किसी सत्यापित पंजीकृत चिकित्सक से परामर्श का शुल्क ₹499 है, जो कनेक्ट होने से पहले हमेशा दिखाया जाता है और हमारे पेमेंट गेटवे (Razorpay) के ज़रिए सुरक्षित रूप से लिया जाता है। दूसरी चीज़ है वैकल्पिक सब्सक्रिप्शन प्लान, अगर आप मोबाइल ऐप में कोई प्लान चुनते हैं। AI लक्षण जाँच का उपयोग स्वयं मुफ़्त है।
When you get a full refund
You are fully refunded if a consultation you paid for cannot be delivered — for example, no verified doctor connects, a technical failure prevents the consultation, or the doctor cancels. You are also fully refunded if you cancel before the doctor connects and the consultation has not begun.
When a consultation is non-refundable
Once a consultation has begun or been completed, the fee is non-refundable, because a registered medical practitioner has already given their time and advice. If you experienced a genuine service failure during a completed consultation, contact us and we will review it case by case.
How to request a refund & timelines
If you cancel a booking in the app before the doctor connects, the fee is refunded to your original payment method through the payment gateway within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect it. When you cancel, you can choose Nidanix credit instead, which is added to your balance straight away and can be spent on any consultation. For anything else, email support@nidanix.com (or in-app Help) within 7 days of the charge, with your registered mobile number and the order/consultation reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Subscriptions & app-store purchases
सब्सक्रिप्शन रद्द करने पर आगे के नवीनीकरण रुक जाते हैं; मौजूदा बिलिंग अवधि वापस नहीं की जाती, सिवाय जहाँ कानून की माँग हो। Apple App Store या Google Play से खरीदे गए सब्सक्रिप्शन पर Apple या Google की रिफ़ंड नीतियाँ लागू होती हैं — वे रिफ़ंड संबंधित स्टोर से माँगें। रद्द करने में मदद चाहिए तो support@nidanix.com पर लिखें।
