ما نجمعه
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
كيف نستخدمه
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
كيف تتم الحماية
تُشفَّر البيانات الصحية أثناء النقل دائمًا. وأثناء التخزين تُحفظ ملفاتك ووسائطك ووصفاتك مشفَّرة، وتُشفَّر النسخ الاحتياطية قبل أن تغادر أنظمتنا، ويشفّر التطبيق ما يحتفظ به على جهازك؛ أما تشفير قاعدة بياناتنا الأساسية أثناء التخزين فالعمل عليه جارٍ. الوصول مقيَّد بالأدوار ومسجَّل ومحصور في تقديم رعايتك وتحسينها. ونحتفظ بسجلاتك فقط للمدة اللازمة للخدمة وللقانون المعمول به، ثم نحذفها أو نجعلها مجهولة الهوية.
Your rights & controls
يمكنك الاطلاع على سجلاتك وتصديرها، وتصحيح بياناتك، وسحب موافقتك، وحذف حسابك بالكامل في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق، مع مهلة سماح مدتها 30 يومًا يمكنك خلالها تغيير رأيك. كما يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف أي فحص بعينه، أو حسابك، بالكتابة إلينا. نتعامل مع الطلبات الموثّقة ضمن المهل التي يقتضيها القانون.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
