Τι πληρώνετε
Δύο πράγματα μπορεί να έχουν χρέωση. Μια συνεδρία με πιστοποιημένο, εγγεγραμμένο ιατρό κοστίζει ₹499, ποσό που εμφανίζεται πάντα πριν τη σύνδεση και εισπράττεται με ασφάλεια μέσω της πύλης πληρωμών μας (Razorpay). Το άλλο είναι ένα προαιρετικό πρόγραμμα συνδρομής, αν επιλέξετε ένα στην εφαρμογή για κινητά. Η χρήση του ελεγκτή συμπτωμάτων με τεχνητή νοημοσύνη είναι δωρεάν.
When you get a full refund
You are fully refunded if a consultation you paid for cannot be delivered — for example, no verified doctor connects, a technical failure prevents the consultation, or the doctor cancels. You are also fully refunded if you cancel before the doctor connects and the consultation has not begun.
When a consultation is non-refundable
Once a consultation has begun or been completed, the fee is non-refundable, because a registered medical practitioner has already given their time and advice. If you experienced a genuine service failure during a completed consultation, contact us and we will review it case by case.
How to request a refund & timelines
If you cancel a booking in the app before the doctor connects, the fee is refunded to your original payment method through the payment gateway within 5–7 business days; your bank or card issuer may take longer to reflect it. When you cancel, you can choose Nidanix credit instead, which is added to your balance straight away and can be spent on any consultation. For anything else, email support@nidanix.com (or in-app Help) within 7 days of the charge, with your registered mobile number and the order/consultation reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Subscriptions & app-store purchases
Η ακύρωση μιας συνδρομής σταματά τις μελλοντικές ανανεώσεις· η τρέχουσα περίοδος χρέωσης δεν επιστρέφεται, εκτός αν το απαιτεί ο νόμος. Οι συνδρομές που αγοράστηκαν μέσω του App Store της Apple ή του Google Play διέπονται από τις πολιτικές επιστροφών της Apple ή της Google — ζητήστε αυτές τις επιστροφές από το αντίστοιχο κατάστημα. Γράψτε στο support@nidanix.com αν χρειάζεστε βοήθεια με την ακύρωση.
