Τι συλλέγουμε
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Πώς τα χρησιμοποιούμε
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Πώς προστατεύεται
Τα δεδομένα υγείας κρυπτογραφούνται πάντα κατά τη μεταφορά. Σε ηρεμία, τα αρχεία, τα πολυμέσα και οι συνταγές σας αποθηκεύονται κρυπτογραφημένα, τα αντίγραφα ασφαλείας κρυπτογραφούνται πριν φύγουν από τα συστήματά μας και η εφαρμογή κρυπτογραφεί όσα κρατά στη συσκευή σας· η κρυπτογράφηση σε ηρεμία για την κύρια βάση δεδομένων μας βρίσκεται σε εξέλιξη. Η πρόσβαση περιορίζεται ανά ρόλο, καταγράφεται και περιορίζεται στην παροχή και βελτίωση της φροντίδας σας. Διατηρούμε τα αρχεία σας μόνο όσο χρειάζεται για την υπηρεσία και την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και έπειτα τα διαγράφουμε ή τα ανωνυμοποιούμε.
Your rights & controls
Μπορείτε να έχετε πρόσβαση στα αρχεία σας και να τα εξάγετε, να διορθώσετε τα στοιχεία σας, να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας και να διαγράψετε ολόκληρο τον λογαριασμό σας ανά πάσα στιγμή μέσα από την εφαρμογή, με περίοδο χάριτος 30 ημερών κατά την οποία μπορείτε να αλλάξετε γνώμη. Μπορείτε επίσης να μας ζητήσετε γραπτώς να διαγράψουμε έναν μεμονωμένο έλεγχο, ή τον λογαριασμό σας. Ενεργούμε επί επαληθευμένων αιτημάτων εντός των προθεσμιών που απαιτεί ο νόμος.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
