Mit gyűjtünk
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Hogyan használjuk fel
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Hogyan van védve
Az egészségügyi adatok átvitel közben mindig titkosítva vannak. Adatait csak addig őrizzük meg, ameddig a szolgáltatáshoz és a hatályos jogszabályokhoz szükséges, majd töröljük vagy anonimizáljuk azokat.
Your rights & controls
Hozzáférhetsz az adataidhoz és exportálhatod őket, javíthatod az adataidat, visszavonhatod a hozzájárulásodat, és bármikor törölheted a teljes fiókodat az alkalmazásból, 30 napos türelmi idővel, amely alatt meggondolhatod magad. Írásban azt is kérheted tőlünk, hogy töröljünk egyetlen ellenőrzést vagy a fiókodat. Az ellenőrzött kérelmeket a törvény által előírt határidőn belül teljesítjük.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
