Какие данные мы собираем
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.

Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Как это защищено
Медицинские данные всегда шифруются при передаче. В состоянии покоя ваши файлы, медиафайлы и рецепты хранятся в зашифрованном виде, резервные копии шифруются до того, как покинут наши системы, а приложение шифрует то, что хранит на вашем устройстве; шифрование основной базы данных в состоянии покоя находится в работе. Доступ ограничен по ролям, журналируется и ограничивается оказанием и улучшением вашей помощи. Мы храним ваши записи только столько, сколько нужно для сервиса и применимого закона, а затем удаляем или обезличиваем их.
Your rights & controls
Вы можете получить доступ к своим записям и экспортировать их, исправить свои данные, отозвать согласие и в любой момент удалить всю свою учётную запись из приложения — с льготным периодом в 30 дней, в течение которого вы можете передумать. Вы также можете письменно попросить нас удалить отдельную проверку или вашу учётную запись. Мы выполняем подтверждённые запросы в сроки, установленные законом.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
