Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.

Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.

Your rights & controls
آپ اپنے ریکارڈ دیکھ اور ایکسپورٹ کر سکتے ہیں، اپنی تفصیلات درست کر سکتے ہیں، رضامندی واپس لے سکتے ہیں، اور ایپ کے اندر سے کسی بھی وقت اپنا پورا اکاؤنٹ حذف کر سکتے ہیں — 30 دن کی مہلت کے ساتھ، جس میں آپ اپنا فیصلہ بدل سکتے ہیں۔ آپ ہمیں لکھ کر کسی ایک چیک یا اپنے اکاؤنٹ کو حذف کرنے کے لیے بھی کہہ سکتے ہیں۔ ہم تصدیق شدہ درخواستوں پر قانون کی مقرر کردہ مدت کے اندر عمل کرتے ہیں۔
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
