Cosa raccogliamo
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Come li usiamo
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
Come è protetto
I dati sanitari sono sempre cifrati in transito. A riposo, i tuoi file, i contenuti multimediali e le prescrizioni sono archiviati cifrati, i backup vengono cifrati prima di lasciare i nostri sistemi e l'app cifra ciò che conserva sul tuo dispositivo; la cifratura a riposo del nostro database principale è in corso. L'accesso è limitato per ruolo, registrato e circoscritto all'erogazione e al miglioramento della tua assistenza. Conserviamo i tuoi dati solo per il tempo necessario al servizio e alla legge applicabile, poi li eliminiamo o li rendiamo anonimi.
Your rights & controls
Puoi accedere ai tuoi dati ed esportarli, correggere i tuoi dettagli, revocare il consenso ed eliminare l'intero account in qualsiasi momento dall'app, con un periodo di tolleranza di 30 giorni durante il quale puoi cambiare idea. Puoi anche chiederci per iscritto di eliminare un singolo controllo, o il tuo account. Diamo seguito alle richieste verificate entro i termini previsti dalla legge.
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
