我们收集的信息
Nidanix collects only what's needed to provide the service: your account details (name, mobile number, email), the symptoms, answers and media you submit, the triage results and doctor consultations you create, and basic device and usage data to keep the app secure and working. We do not sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
我们如何使用
Your information is used to run the AI triage, connect you with a verified registered medical practitioner, keep your health records, provide support, and meet legal and safety obligations. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its partner banks — Nidanix never stores your full card or bank credentials.
数据如何受到保护
健康数据在传输过程中始终加密。在静态存储方面，您的文件、媒体和处方以加密方式保存，备份在离开我们的系统之前即已加密，应用也会加密其保存在您设备上的内容；主数据库的静态加密正在推进中。访问按角色受限、留有日志，并仅限于提供和改进对您的照护。我们仅在服务和适用法律所需的期限内保留您的记录，之后予以删除或匿名化。
Your rights & controls
您可以随时在应用内访问和导出您的记录、更正您的资料、撤回同意，以及删除您的整个账户，并享有 30 天的宽限期，在此期间您可以改变主意。您也可以写信给我们，要求删除任何单次检查或您的账户。我们会在法律要求的时限内处理经核实的请求。
Sharing & third parties
We share information only to deliver the service — with the consulting doctor you choose, with processors such as our payment gateway, cloud hosting and communications providers under contract, and where required by law. Consent-based health-record exchange with any third party happens only with your explicit consent.
Compliance & grievances
We follow applicable data-protection law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For any privacy question or grievance, contact support@nidanix.com. You must be 18 or older to create a Nidanix account; a parent or guardian can add a child as a family member under their own account and is responsible for the information shared about them.
